Download the Team Training Workbook PDF here and print copies for all your team members. The workbook will match the slides and have room for the exercises on the video.
There are two videos training videos. The first is 20 minutes, but including stopping and doing exercises with your team. Have them write the answers and then share them as a group. You should allow a about an hour, though you likely will be done faster.
Dealing with Upset Customer video is only 12 minutes and doesn't have a suggested exercise embedded in the video. I would suggest you roll play the strategy in the video for dealing with an upset customer. This video can be done in a separate session from the first video.
